  • 1 1/2 cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 15 ounces Furmano's Chick Peas, Drained
  • 6 each Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  1. Preheat oven to 350*. Grease and coat with cocoa powder a 9" round cake pan.
  2. Melt Chocolate Chips over a double boiler.
  3. Combine Eggs and Chick Peas in a food processor. Process until smooth.
  4. Add Sugar and Baking Powder, pulse to blend.
  5. Pour in the melted chocolate, blend until smooth, and transfer into cake pan.
  6. Bake for 1 hour in oven or until knife inserted into middle of the cake comes out almost clean.
  7. Cool cake on a wire rack for 10 minutes before inverting cake out of pan.
