Ingredients
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter, Softened
  • 2 cups Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes, Drained
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
Preparation
  1. Combine ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until well blended, keeping a little bit of tomato identity.
  2. Can be wrapped in a log or put in an airtight container until ready to use. Pull out fifteen minutes before use.
