Ingredients
  • 4 cups Furmano's Black Beans, Drained & Rinsed
  • 4 cups Furmano's Dark Kidney Beans, Drained and Rinsed
  • 1 cup Diced Red Pepper 1/4 inch
  • 1 cup Diced Poblano Pepper
  • 2 cups Southwest Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Green Onion
Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine Kidney Beans, Black Beans, Red Pepper, and Poblano Peppers.
  2. Add Southwest Vinaigrette and stir to coat. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour prior to serving
  3. Before serving, mix in chopped Cilantro and Green Onion
