Ingredients
  • 3 cups Furmano's Fully Cooked Sorghum, Drained & Rinsed
  • 1 cup Furmano's Fully Cooked Lentils, Drained
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 fluid ounce Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Dill
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Mint
  • 1 cup Red Seedless Grapes
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • As Needed Salt
  • As Needed Black Pepper
Preparation
  1. Mix together Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Garlic, Dill and Mint in a small bowl
  2. In a large bowl, add Sorghum, Lentils, Grapes, and Feta Cheese
  3. Top with dressing, and mix to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning with Salt and Pepper
