Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups Furmano's Fully Cooked Quinoa
  • 1/4 cup Dates, pitted, chopped
  • 1/6 cup Blue Cheese, Crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Vinaigrette
  • 3 tablespoons Almonds, Sliced & Roasted
  • As Needed Salt To Taste
  • As Needed Pepper to Taste
Preparation
  1. In a mixing vessel combine Quinoa, Dates and Blue Cheese. Toss to combine.
  2. Add in Lemon Vinaigrette and Almonds, season with Salt and Pepper.
