Ingredients
  • 2 cups Furmano’s Fully Cooked Lentils, Drained and Rinsed
  • 1 cup Furmano's Mild Salsa
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, Granulated
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. In a food processor combine all of the above except cheddar cheese, reserve.
  3. In an oven proof pan add Lentil dip and cover with Cheddar Cheese. Bake until temperature reaches 165.
  4. Best served warm with tortilla chips.
