Ingredients
  • 2 cups Furmano's Fully Cooked Farro, Drained & Rinsed
  • 1 cup Honeydew Melon, Scooped with a Purple Scoop
  • 1 cup Green Grapes, Halved
  • 1/2 cup Cucumbers (1/4" Diced)
  • 1/2 cup Mint, Chiffonade
  • 1/4 cup Green Onion, Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Vinaigrette
  • As Needed Salt
  • As Needed Black Pepper
Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl combine Farro, Melon, Grapes, Cucumber, Mint and Green Onion.
  2. Drizzle in the Lemon Vinaigrette. Toss until coated. Served Chilled.
