Ingredients
  • 1 liquid cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 ounce Gelatin Packet
  • 1 cup Furmano's Chick Peas, Drained & Pureed
  • 1 liquid cup Heavy Cream
Preparation
  1. Over medium heat, bring Water to a boil.
  2. Next, add Sugar and Gelatin. Whisk until dissolved.
  3. In a food processor, add Chick Peas and Heavy Cream. Puree smooth.
  4. Add Chick Pea Cream Mixture to Water Mixture. Whisk to combine. Pour into serving container and chill until set.
