Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons Orange Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1/2 cup Canola Oil
  • 1 1/2 liquid teaspoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley
  • 2 cups Jicama, Julienne
  • 1 cup Cabbage,Shredded
  • 2 cups Furmano's Black Beans, Drained & Rinsed
Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Orange Juice, Lime Juice, Canola Oil, Rice Vinegar, Salt, Cayenne, and Cumin.
  2. Add Jicama, Cabbage, Furmano's Black Beans, and Parsley. Gently toss to coat vegetables with dressing.
