Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 liquid cups Orange Juice
  • 3 1/3 fluid ounces Lime Juice
  • 1 7/8 pints Canola Oil
  • 1 2/3 fluid ounces Rice Vinegar
  • 3 1/3 tablespoons Salt
  • 5/6 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 5/8 teaspoons Cumin
  • 5/6 cup Chopped Parsley
  • 13 3/4 cups Jicama, Julienne
  • 13 3/4 cups Furmano's Black Beans, Drained & Rinsed
Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Orange Juice, Lime Juice, Canola Oil, Rice Vinegar, Salt, Cumin, and Cayenne
  2. Add Jicama, Cabbage, Furmano's Black Beans, and Parsley. Gently toss to coat vegetables with dressing
